About Surrey Driving School Instructors
Bajinder (Arjun) is a Former ICBC Driver Examiner and Law Enforcement Officer who has a experience of working at various locations. With several years of serving the community at ICBC, he decided to bring Surrey Driving School to help and serve our community. With his knowledge of ICBC Rules and Regulations, he knows exactly what a student needs to work on, in order to become a safe driver and to pass a road test.
We also understand that sometimes its challenging to adapt new skills and new driving environment if you migrate to another country, Sometimes it is first time you are driving a car, you maybe nervous, scared or anxious but don't you worry, Arjun has enough experience of dealing with these challenges. Services
We provide Class 4 (Restricted) , Class 5, Class 7 coaching classes and prepare to pass a ICBC Road Test and make you a safe driver to save lives on the road.
Every individual has a different skill level and different talent, Arjun will assess your driving skills by conducting a mock road test (ICBC standard) and create a lesson plan according to your needs. After every lesson feedback will be provided.
We provide driving lessons in Guildford, Newton, Fraser Heights, Surrey Central, Sullivan Heights, Scotts Dale, All over Surrey, Delta, Langley, and White Rock
This is an agreement between Surrey Driving School and (Student Driver)
• Surrey Driving School will provide car driving training on the road in a dual control vehicle and a certified instructor, the cost of $80 per 60 minutes or $ 780 for a course consisting of 10 lessons in Surrey.(60 Minutes each lesson)
• Lesson prices outside Surrey. Langley, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Delta, New Westminster- $95/hour. Vancouver, North Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Pit Meadows- $100.
• Students will notify Surrey Driving School not less than 72 hours before scheduled lessons and Car rent for the road test if student will not be available. In the event of non-notification, student will be obligated to pay a cancellation fee of $50 for each lesson and $120 for Late Car rent cancellation. Remember there is never a charge for lessons cancelled in a timely manner.
• For cancelling a road test appointment made by Surrey Driving School, we require 72 hours’ notice, as we must notify ICBC. Failure to give Surrey Driving School sufficient notice may result in the student to pay $25 Road Test Cancellation Fee to ICBC.
• For fees refunds, student must cancel the lessons the lesson in timely manner, if School are given 72 hours’ notice to cancel a lesson or full course, Surrey driving school will refund the remaining fees after $40 administrative fees charge and it might take 10 business days for fees refunds process. (no refunds for lessons already taken/used/trained.
• When the student driver feels competent and the instructor agrees that he/she can drive safely on the road, obey all traffic laws and traffic signs. Surrey Driving School may provide fully insured and registered vehicles for road test at Surrey Driving School Car Rent Cost. (Surrey- $200, Langley, Richmond, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Vancouver - $250. Abbotsford, Vancouver, North Vancouver- $300, it included 60 minutes warmup lesson.
• The road test can be booked either by the student or by Surrey Driving School. The student must sign a consent a release form before Surrey Driving School may book a road test their behalf. Students must be in an active training program taking driving lessons within 4 days of a road test booked by Surrey Driving School, Surrey Driving School reserves the right to cancel any road test appointment it has made.
• Surrey Driving School may cancel your scheduled lesson for any unforeseen circumstances. For example, instructor being sick, vehicle breaking down or poor road conditions. Students will be notified as soon as possible. The lesson will be rescheduled.
• Surrey Driving School will provide minimum 45 minutes of driving and 15 minutes of debriefing.
• There will be a maximum of 3 people (1 observing) in the Surrey Driving School vehicle during the student’s lesson time.
• When the instructor reaches at pick up location, after 3 minutes of waiting your lesson time will start and after 10 minutes of waiting. The scheduled instructor will leave and NO-SHOW charges will apply (no refund or reschedule for that lesson).
